Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
Analyze data and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality management systems
Participate in external audits and inspections
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures

Experience:

Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or food production environment
Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools
Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles and practices
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
