Description

Duties:


  • Working closely with all departments within Rodo, ie. Order input, telesales, credit control, warehouse, marketing, sales people etc
  • Logging queries on the inhouse computer systems (current and new)
  • Adding details to spreadsheets for further analysis
  • Chase up queries in line with SLA's as agreed
  • Filing, scanning, reception cover etc. as required

Essential requirements:


  • At least 2 years office experience in a customer services role
  • Proficient on all Microsoft systems, Word / Excel
  • Good communication skills, in person and over the phone
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to follow Service Level Agreements
  • Proactive
  • Positive mindset
  • Organised
  • Ability to work well within a team setting
  • Ability to be flexible
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to be calm and polite at all times
  • Friendly, approachable nature
  • Good interpersonal skills

Salary:

- £25,000 pa


Bonus:

- £500pa time and attendance bonus


Hours:


  • 40 hours per week
  • 8.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, 1 hour unpaid lunch on a Monday, 45 minutes Tues Fri with a 3.00 pm early finish every other Friday.

Holidays:


  • 23 days plus bank holidays. Rising to 25 days after length of service
  • Shut down over Christmas period
