This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic software business based in the centre of Bath who are looking to recruit an ambitious Account Executive to join their existing Client Account Management team of 10.

This is a hybrid role, where you will be based in the office two days a week, with three days based from home, and the salary offers up to £25k basic and on target earrings of up to £34k.

Role Overview

In the role you would be the initial point of contact for new and existing clients, helping to support them whilst building strong working partnerships.

The role would be ideally suited to an ambitious business to business executive who is looking to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities
Build and refine on the existing customer journey programmes

Gain customer insights to capture feedback for product development

To upsell on contract extensions and new products

Work closely with colleagues in Customer Retention, Customer Success, Advisory and Marketing

Experience

• Proven experience of working in a business to business Customer Service role (ideally within a Software/Saas environment)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
• Confidence to sell benefits and upsell
• Computer skills including MS Office suite and CRM System experience
• Genuine listening and empathy skills with a positive mindset
• Selfmotivated, able to work under pressure with a drive to succeed

Basic salary of up to £25k, with an OTE of up to £34k (paid monthly)
