    White Glove 2nd Line IT Onsite Support

    We are partnering with our client, a Global Professional Services organisation, to recruit an experienced IT Support professional for their London team.

    About the Role

    This team provides end-to-end onsite IT support to users and guests in their City of London office.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, applications, and systems
    • Set up, configure, and install software on PC's, laptops, mobile devices, printers, networking equipment, and AV requirements
    • Provide face-to-face and deskside support

    Requirements:

    • A minimum of 3 years' experience in offering technology support in a legal or professional services environment
    • Experience in providing excellent customer care skills
    • Previous experience in the professional services sector is essential
