Our Client, a family-owned business producing bespoke packaging products - primarily Flight Cases and Timber Products, have a newly created opportunity available for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join their team.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Dealing with customer enquiries (product information and pricing)
  • Driving marketing campaigns and learning the businesses products
  • Tracking sales and feedback to managers
  • Assisting in growing the companies social media presence
  • Understanding customer needs and addressing them
  • Liaising with the operations department for deliveries and generating sales leads
  • Strong customer service skills and experience gained from within a sales/ marketing environment
  • Computer literate with experience in managing business social media accounts
  • Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work under pressure to a high standard with good attention to detail
  • Quick to pick up on tasks as there will be a degree of autonomy within the role
  • Able to travel between sites easily in Torry and Dyce as an when requested


The successful Sales and Marketing Coordinator will work on a full time basis 40 hours per week, 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday and receive a salary which is negotiable on experience.
