We currently have a number of opportunities for a Graduates and Students seeking Year Out in multiple areas of the business to join us summer 2023.

When you join Mivan, you will be enrolled onto the Navigate Programme which has been designed to provide a structured pathway to support you from the beginning of your new career whilst helping you to reach your highest potential.

You will be part of a tailored programme which will provide you with on-the-job experience and access to invaluable mentoring support designed to give you the best start to your career.

As a Navigate student you will be involved in assisting your department in daily work as well as learning and developing within this role.

Main responsibilities will be determined by the department you work in - we can discuss further prior to interview. Departments include, Estimating, Planning, Management and Operations.
