Description

Experienced Service Advisor required for a busy motor franchise dealership in Merseyside.

Must have previous experience in a similar role (within a franchised motor dealership) dealing with customer enquiries face to face and on the telephone and liaising with the Workshop.

Good communication skills and clear manner required as part of the job entails discussing the work undertaken in the workshop and the invoice content with customers, handling of the payments and maximising the profitability on each job card by upselling.

Excellent basic of £27000 depending on experience plus bonus structure of up to £6000. Applicants MUST have a full UK driving licence.

Salary:
£27,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
