An established and fast growing distribution company is currently looking for a skilled, system savvy FP&A Analyst to come and join their fantastic team in North Birmingham.

This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and mould the role around them, someone who is confident to challenge processes and drive business performance.

Ideally, you will:

Have previous experience in an analyst role with elements of business partnering, in order to liaise with financial and nonfinancial stakeholders around budgeting and expenses.
Have strong systems experience and be adaptable to business changes including new system integration.
Be an ambitious and personable individual, who is part qualified or a finalist in ACCA/ CIMA and has the drive to complete the qualification.
Have strong commercial experience in order to identify and analyse commercial trends as well as identify risks to performance.
