Trainee Recruitment Consultant (Sales)

Reports to:
Managing Consultant / Team Manager

Proactive Global specialises in hiring engineering professionals in the Automation, Manufacturing & Robotics sectors. With locations across the UK (London, Manchester, Surrey, Birmingham and Milton Keynes), Europe (Netherlands and Poland), North America (Orlando, Atlanta, Austin and New York) and Australia (Melbourne), with ambition to double in size over the next 2 years and continue to expand into new locations across Europe, North America and APAC.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As a sales consultant you will be responsible for;

Tracking new sales opportunities within a target area
Sourcing new customer contacts to generate new sales opportunities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

A peopleperson, happy to be talking all day and working closely with customers
Confident and keen to take on challenges outside of your comfort zone
Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential

You may not have recruitment experience but have previously worked in alternative sales or customer facing industry - what is important is that you are innovative, solutions-focused and driven by success, combined with a strong desire to work with your clients to provide a world class service.
