As a Compensation Associate you will focus on development of key compensation reports/analyses and delivery to users across the HR organization.

The end to end process you will be responsible for includes gathering business requirements across lines of business, translating business opportunities into tangible analytics requirements, developing creative solutions to drive Firmwide consistency while meeting client needs, creating reports in Business Objects and finally, delivering the product to end users.


Your future team leads initiatives across global compensation focused on enhancing the function's reporting and analytics capabilities through streamlining and standardizing processes, scaling best practices across businesses, and partnering across teams to develop and launch self-service reporting tools for clients.

This team plays a key part in developing solutions to complex data problems and supporting leadership in analyzing data and coming up with the data narrative for senior clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Simplify and standardize reporting and analytics processes across compensation while meeting unique business needs across the firm
  • Develop and implement strategy for userfriendly selfservice capabilities for compensation and HR partners to access suite of reports, including key reporting needs to facilitate the yearend process
  • Provide adhoc analytics and presentations to support senior management in making strategic key business decisions around comp differentiation, talent retention and potential gaps
  • Lead multiple projects from end to end maintain project plans, manage and influence key stakeholders, implement change management strategy
  • Collaborate with compensation managers and HR partners across functions at all levels in order to understand business needs while providing recommendations to the compensation leadership team

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Relevant Compensation or Finance experience with strong analytical and data/ information management skills with a Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience
  • Statistical or mathematical background preferred
  • Detail and resultsoriented with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities within a fastpaced team environment
  • Strong project management, analytical, and technical abilities
  • Selfstarter, ability to challenge status quo and think outside the box

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools such as Business Objects
