Senior Employee Communications Specialist

About This Role
Our client is seeking an experienced manager to support its employee communications and engagement for EMEA-based employees.

This individual will work with communicators and senior leaders - particularly in the People and Workplace teams - to foster inspiring, effective, streamlined employee communications.

The role serves as an advisor to other regional and global communications experts on best practices in messaging, channels and content to deliver top-notch employee communications and experiences, driving engagement and action.


What You'll Do:


  • Help design and execute employee engagement events and experiences that bring employees together in new and engaging ways
  • Execute on and develop the EMEA employee communications strategy to keep employees informed and excited by company initiatives and updates in a relevant and engaging way
  • Develop and implement thoughtful communications that enhance our client's purpose and cultural work
  • Produce creative, relevant content rooted in company strategy and priorities, continually experimenting to drive engagement and impact, across written, visual and inperson mediums
  • Localise and deploy global programmes through regional employee communication campaigns to educate, inform and excite business partners and employees
  • Partner closely with colleagues to align internal and external messages, giving consistency across channels and audiences
  • Employ measurement tools, analyse insights and recommend ways to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proven success in employee communications, translating business strategies into effective internal communications plans
  • A great counsellor with the ability to influence senior leaders to drive pride, passion and advocacy for our company
  • Creative, visual storytelling with a strong business acumen and an eye for detail
  • Video, photo and graphicediting skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization; collaborating effectively with human resources teams is a plus
  • Experience of employer awards such as Great Place to Work
  • A "can do" personality and attitude, always measuring effectiveness
  • Amazing project management and organisational skills
  • Resourceful and selfmotivated to independently prioritise shifting workloads in a highgrowth, changing environment
  • Development of employee social networks (such as Facebook Workplace).
