Experience of working in an accounting or financial environment would be advantageous.


Key Roles and Responsibilities


Your tasks will vary and will include administration duties, as well as supporting the Client Onboarding administrator, advisory teams, along with the directors.


  • Working with Xero and Digita/Onvio accountancy software packages;
  • Maintaining our databases;
  • Help monitor and run reports for client statutory deadlines;
  • Developing Microsoft Office skills to a high standard;
  • Complying with all the organisation's policies and procedures;
  • Supporting the technical team when requested;
  • Scanning of client documentation;
  • Creating files and folders for senior staff;
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations;
  • Helping to coordinate information gathering;
  • Building relationships and liaising with client's day to day;
  • Liaising with HMRC as and when required;
  • Handling postal information;
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, fielding enquiries as necessary;
  • Maintaining stationery and office supplies;
  • Arranging meeting rooms and accommodation for staff;
  • Meeting and greeting clients and prospects, providing a warm welcome;
  • Supporting the company's directors as requested;
  • Attending inhouse training sessions when requested;
  • Housekeeping tasks to support all areas of the business;
  • Exploring ways to improve business efficiencies.

  • Highly organised, methodical, analytical and disciplined;
  • Excellent communicator (both verbal & written);
  • Shows initiative and takes personal responsibility for completing tasks;
  • Able to work within defined business processes;
  • Adopts a positive attitude, willing to assist others when busy;
  • Able to work under pressure on occasions to achieve deadlines;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Able to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision;
  • Able to prioritise and plan own workload;
  • Has previous officebased experience, as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and good typing skills;
  • Keen to learn our accounting software packages, Xero and Digita for data entry and report generating;

EXPERIENCE


At least three years' experience working as an administrator within an office environment would be advantageous but full training will be given.

Knowledge of due diligence verification and Companies House filing would be advantageous.

This role is offered Monday to Friday.

Mon - 9:00am-5:30pm

Tues - Thurs 8:00am-5:30pm

Fri - 8:30am-2:00pm
