HR Project Manager / People Transformation Lead
Duration

  • 12 weeks
Rate
- £ market rate / day total to umbrella

Location

  • 2 days per week on site at local office (Offices spread across the UK)


We have partnered up with a leading financial services company as they look for a people transformation lead, you will be expected to collaborate with the Business Partner team and senior stakeholders.

Projects will vary in size and scale including large-scalechange initiatives.

You will be expected to focus on the people side of change, leading the business as it adapts to shifts in business processes, systems and ways of working.


Responsibilities

  • Partner with project sponsors and project managers to lead on all People aspects of the projects.
  • Work with Project Management (PM) and supplier PM team to map a People plan.
  • Work with the People Function to build the Workforce Transformation, People Change, Business Partnering, Learning, Talent, Reward, Recruitment plans to deliver the change.
  • Ensure business agreement with activity mapping and any TUPE assumptions,
  • Work with PM and supplier PM team to undertake due diligence as it relates to People.
  • Work with the relevant People Director to assess and lead on business project plans as necessary.
  • Plan, track and monitor project activity and keep relevant stakeholders up to date weekly on plans and issues, such as People Director, Finance, HRBP's across various business areas.
  • Attend regular project meetings.
  • Hold and maintain risk logs.
  • Track benefit delivery.

Requirements:


  • Ideally HRBP/Human Capital consultant background from large firm or consultancy
  • Relevant experience working with change teams.
  • Experience managing organisational change projects.
  • Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with change in complex organisations
  • Resilience and tenacity to build and maintain change momentum.
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
