Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of financial data
  • Participation in the creation of annual budgets and longterm financial planning
  • Implementing and maintaining monthly/quarterly accounting and reporting papers for the management and board
  • Preparation of financial reports for stakeholders
  • Accurate and compliant production of monthly payroll
  • Maintaining and controlling financial systems and procedures
  • Covering key tasks in the absence of the Finance Manager
  • Representation of the finance department on company working groups

Requirements:


  • Qualified with CIMA, ICAEW, or ACCA
  • Experience in managing complex budgets and financial modeling
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with nonfinance stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience of running payroll and knowledge of current legislation
  • Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional duties as requested.
