Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and analysis of financial data
- Participation in the creation of annual budgets and longterm financial planning
- Implementing and maintaining monthly/quarterly accounting and reporting papers for the management and board
- Preparation of financial reports for stakeholders
- Accurate and compliant production of monthly payroll
- Maintaining and controlling financial systems and procedures
- Covering key tasks in the absence of the Finance Manager
- Representation of the finance department on company working groups
Requirements:
- Qualified with CIMA, ICAEW, or ACCA
- Experience in managing complex budgets and financial modeling
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with nonfinance stakeholders
- Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience of running payroll and knowledge of current legislation
- Flexibility and willingness to undertake additional duties as requested.
