Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08.30 to 17.30, 40-hour working week

Salary:
£21,000.00 to £25,000.00

Ignite Maintenance Services is a mechanical & electrical company located in Kingsbury (London), servicing London and the surrounding areas, specialising in the domestic and commercial sectors.

Due to company expansion & development, we currently have a vacancy for a Office Manager / Customer Service Assistant. This role is to develop within our call-out and maintenance department.

We seek a motivated, practical person to join our friendly, highly professional office-based team. You will work closely with the operations manager, engineers, suppliers and clients.

Key duties include diary management, booking jobs for customers, liaising with suppliers, sending customer quotations, providing customer service and dealing with customer queries.

You will also be involved in general administration in support of the office's day-to-day running.


Role includes:


  • Manage & guide a fleet of plumbing & electrical engineers
  • Send updates to engineers and customers
  • Liaise with engineers and allocate jobs
  • Source & order parts/materials for jobs
  • Log all activities promptly on the company's CRM system
  • Carry out quotations and ensure they are delivered on time
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints
  • Issue invoices to customers
  • Ensure we are performing to the highest possible level
  • Provide a high level of personalised customer service

Essential Requirements:


  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, inbound/outbound calls and job dispatching/ booking
  • An ability to deal professionally, calmly, and tactfully with customers and continually maintain strict confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and use your initiative in a busy environment.
  • Selfmanaged and motivated
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
  • Teamworking skills
