The Marketing Executive will work with the team developing relationships with our Premium brand partners, working with each to create and bring to life seasonal marketing campaigns to support the buy, drive brand awareness and product sell-through, as well as developing and driving the Frasers calendar and brand.


You will support the team to co-ordinate and deliver marketing campaigns for House of Fraser/Frasers as well our brand partners.

You will work collaboratively with internal functions including the Brand Partnerships, Buying, Campaign, PR, E-Commerce, Social and Retail teams to deliver and implement compelling and inspirational brand marketing campaigns and experiences that drive brand awareness, sales and ROI.


  • Support relationships with all key business partners and brands, acting as an ambassador and category champion for House of Fraser/Frasers.
  • Assist the team with the coordination and delivery of our 360 marketing campaigns from ideation to building an integrated launch plan within the allocated timeframe and within budget.
  • Create campaign launch presentations to communicate, align and brief relevant stakeholders on upcoming launches.
  • Understanding brand partner budgets, opportunities, and commercial needs and how we can take support and partner together.
  • Delivering on the House of Fraser/Frasers brand ensuring that all brand partners are fully bought into our seasonal calendar and marketing strategies and activities.
  • Accountability for collating brand assets each season and managing the brand asset portal.
  • Responsible for compiling a monthly marketing report detailing all marketing activity taking place over the forthcoming period and ensure effective communication to all relevant depts/stores.
  • Ensure the marketing calendar is kept up to date with all own brand and third party brand activity.
  • Work closely with suppliers and crossfunctional colleagues with regard to digital, advertising, promotions, visual merchandising, windows and securing samples for presentations and shoots.
  • Work with the wider marketing teams to build wrap up decks for all partner activity.
  • Review all campaigns on completion to measure effectiveness and work with relevant teams to identify trends and make recommendations for future campaigns and to attract supplier funding for new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Whilst the focus of this role will be on Frasers, there may be opportunities to work across our other pillars including Luxury and Beauty.

Qualifications

  • Marketing qualification degree level or equivalent preferable but not essential
  • Keen interest in fashion and the retail industry
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels and project management skills
  • Excellent relationship building/interpersonal skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Brilliant brand marketeer
  • Demonstrates attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst working to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well in a fast paced and exciting environment
  • Experience in retail/ fashion is a bonus
