Key responsibilities will include:
Management of all incoming calls to the Transport service, using a prescribed screening tool To remain patient focused and actively liaise with Acute Services to support with the booking of patient transport Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to build on partnership working and improve transport pathways Assisting in data collection Supporting the Transport Co-Ordinator to develop and improve processes in line with KMPTs strategy to continuous improvement and patient experience.
Demonstrate professional communication and an ability to problem solve A variety of administrative tasks including typing documents, preparation of correspondence, customer service, data management, supporting business agendas, diary maintenance, scheduling meetings, and taking minutes.
