We seek a compassionate and dedicated individual to fill the
Day Care
Assistant role at our reputable Lichfield Nursing Home, with easy travel links to Lichfied City Centre.

This position is pivotal in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents during our day shift.

Your Role Will Involve:

Personal Care: Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, ensuring they feel supported and respected.

Mobility Support: Helping residents move around safely promotes independence and well-being.

Health Monitoring: Keeping a close eye on residents' health and responding promptly to any needs during the night.

Responsive Care: Being attentive and responsive to residents' needs throughout the night, providing peace of mind and security.

Record Keeping: Diligently maintaining accurate records of the care provided to residents, ensuring all information is up-to-date.


What We're Looking For:

Eligibility: You must have the right to work within the UK.

Skills: A background in the care sector is advantageous, showcasing your ability to empathise and connect with our residents.

Rate of Pay is £11.50 per hour.
