Operations Coordinator - Brighton and Hove, United Kingdom - The Nudge Group

An important role in a small and growing business working closely with the Director to maximise the company's efficiency. We're looking for a hard-working and ambitious individual with high standards.What the job involves
- Oversee important processes in the businesses, ensuring things run smoothly
- Own and coordinate the company diary, managing multiple event dates and details
- Create company content from operations documents to membership guides and keep things up to date as things change
- Coordinate and support with the delivery of inperson and online events
- Coordinate new member onboarding
- Track member engagement and generate reports
- Track and report on our key company metrics
- Liaise with founders to collate key information when required
- Assist the Director with projects, communications, and admin
- Create and update presentation decks
- Draft newsletters and communications
- Own meeting agendas, take notes and keep the team accountable to set actions
- Respond to incoming company enquiries
- Oversee our tech stack and automation processes
- Support with our startup journey process from organising pitch events to coordinating due diligence
- You're interested in startups, startup investment, and entrepreneurship
- You're detailoriented and like to maintain a high standard in your work
- You're scrappy and resourceful you can figure things out, get things done and don't give up easily
- You're charismatic and able to develop rapport with any individual
- You're a selfstarter and love to work autonomously
- You can identify gaps and streamline processes with little or no guidance from others.
- You use your initiative and excellent judgment to make decisions in an ambiguous environment
- You're able to juggle multiple responsibilities with unwavering attention to detail at all times
- You are proficient in excel/ Google sheets
- You are techsavvy and confident using modern SaaS tools such as Airtable, Mailchimp, Notion, Canva, and Event management software
- You're proficient at written communication
- You enjoy selfdevelopment and are always learning
