Basic salary £30,000 to £40,000 plus sales commission

Requirements:


  • Experience within electrical wholesales or Engineering / Manufacturing
  • Preferably experience within a similar market
  • Live within a commutable distance to east mids
  • Driving licence
  • Proven Sales skills
The role would be covering UK wide and potentially overseas occasionally.


Position Overview
Extensive travel throughout the UK & Republic of Ireland

  • Building on the working relationships in place to retain the business
  • Developing new working relationships and opportunities to achieve sales growth
  • Working efficiently and collaboratively with our quotes & customer service departments to deliver outstanding service levels
  • Efficiently (same day) responding to and follow up web site enquires
  • Operating within the company strategies to deliver ontarget goals
  • Monitoring, managing and reporting on the activities under your responsibility
  • Setting and agreeing annual sales budgets
  • Setting pricing strategies
  • Setting strategies to effectively grow the business Other duties
  • Have commercial awareness of our customer base
  • Deliver excellent customer service internal & external
  • Perform varied administrative tasks as required by Sales department
  • Work speedily without compromising quality, be flexible and able to prioritise workloads
  • Control of documents and records, updating as required
  • Attend meetings as required
  • To complete any other duties that are reasonably requested of you by a member of the management team.
  • Attend / participate at relevant customer events, trade shows, training days, meet the buyer etc.
