An exciting opportunity for an experienced lettings agent/office manager to work alongside the business directors and play a fundamental role in managing and developing a growing Liverpool city centre portfolio.
The role will be based at our impressive new Liverpool Waters offices.
Our company, which is ARLA Propertymark accredited, has an established office on the south coast and an ethos based around the fundamental cornerstones of service levels, expertise and accountability which must be maintained to the highest level.
There is an anticipation of growth and as such the ability to be a team player and also provide input as to growth strategies will be key.

Duties and responsibilities to include:
- Managing a portfolio of rental property on behalf of landlords
- General property lettings management, including valuations and listings, preparing inventories, checkin/checkout reports, taking enquiries/registering and referencing potential tenants, viewings, signing up new landlords/business
- Expanding company portfolio, where possible
- Using ALTO and other relevant software
Applicants will require:
- At least 5 years' experience in a letting and property management role
- Comprehensive experience of ALTO software
- Relevant qualifications
- High levels of computer literacy
- Some experience of sales and accounts processing preferred, but not essential
- Full driving licence and own transport
Salary:
Up to £35,000.00 per year
