This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to support operations and rates teams with audit, entry and billing of invoices while assuring all client required charging information is entered correctly.
Position Responsibilities:
- Audits, enters, uploads and bills invoices from partners for relocation services
- Audits household goods invoices for accuracy against policy
- Uploads and sends invoices to rates team for processing then bills all related transactions
- Works with other departments to ensure internal requirements are achieved
- Identifies problems, solutions and opportunities for improvement related to the billing process
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred
- 12 years relevant billing and audit experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
