Marketing & Content Executive
Are you a marketing graduate looking to expand your experience working for an exciting and growing electrical company?

If so, we are looking for a creatively minded person who is also a solid all-rounder in regard to their skill sets.

You will be someone who is happy being analytical as well as being someone who can bring fresh ideas and a proactive approach to our team.

This role is based near Penarth, Cardiff.

You will be required to work in the office 5 days a week creating fun and exciting content and material.

This is a great opportunity that will offer career progression, as you will be actively involved in marketing across all of our sites and social media platforms, helping to shape our brands for years to come.

You will be working alongside as young and motivated sales and operations team.

You will also have the opportunity to learn directly from senior staff and work alongside some of our best clients.

Key Responsibilities for this role:

• Understanding our products and the target markets
• Ensure you achieve specific and agreed KPI's
• Work alongside the Sales team to explore new lead generation approaches, activities, and the associated results.

Working for an innovative electrical manufacturer you will be responsible for delivering and assisting in all areas of marketing, such as:

• Ecommerce (updating web banners, working with CMS)
• Display advertising (designing, creating and managing campaigns)
• Social media (creating and managing engaging campaigns and content)
• Organic SEO (onsite optimisation)
• Affiliate and referrals (managing engaging campaigns)
• Product photography
• Videos / animations
• Offline marketing

As we are looking for someone who has a wide skill set, the successful executive will have experience of:

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Final Cut or Premier Pro
• Google Docs skills, specifically Excel

And it's not just about your creative skills
This is a fast paced, dynamic working environment that has a constant stream of R&D in the pipeline, this means you will need to be a quick learner, love working in a fast-moving

environment, enjoy analysis and getting into detail, be organised as we work to deadlines, as well as being creative and working autonomously to implement your own projects.

- £19,000 - £21,000
