Service Administrator - Soham, United Kingdom - Xpert Resourcing
Description
Xpert Resourcing are working with an established SME who are looking to add a talented administrator into their Service Team.
You will be working closely with the Service Manager and Director.Duties will include:
- Liaising with clients and engineers to schedule in work.
- Plan maintenance (PPM) and remedial works.
- Completing all emergency call outs and planned visits within stated KPI deadlines.
- Coordinating work schedules for members of the team.
- Responsible for updating and issuing annual maintenance renewal quotations to clients.
- Assisting the Service department with quotations for work, following up on customer/external enquiries.
- Raising Purchase Orders and liaising with suppliers.
- Assisting the company accountant with invoicing and invoice queries when required.
- Providing exceptional levels of customer service to maintain strong client relationships and develop new ones.
- Undertake general administration duties as and when required.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is obtained and processed promptly.
- Process and communicate all relevant information to all areas of the business.
- Maintain company filing and housekeeping.
- Assisting with updating company website and newsletters.
- Assist with company social media update Linkedin/ Twitter.
Experience / skills:
- Outstanding planning and organisation skills.
- Confident and articulate communicator.
- Customer focussed always making sure that excellent service is provided every time.
- Assisting with producing quotations.
- Personable and outgoing.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am until 5.00pm
