My client is looking for either a Road Import or Export Operator to join an ever growing and busy team in the Manchester Area.

Responsibilities:


  • Arranging and managing shipments from worldwide origins
  • Arranging collections with selected transport companies
  • Liaising with clients and other branches, overseas agents, hauliers, etc.
  • Providing excellent customer service to customers, dealing with any queries, and providing timely updates
  • Handling order traces, invoices, processing prealerts from overseas offices/ agents
  • Completion of Customs entries
  • Monitoring shipments until delivery
  • Job costing and invoicing

Details:


  • Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 9am5:30pm
  • Salary: 28k 35k dependent on experience
