The Enable Tech Ops Lead is accountable for operationalising the holistic strategy set by the Value Stream Platform Owner and delivering to the operational needs of the respective business process areas.

The role will also act as a functional SME and provide advice and influence senior stakeholders, such as the Business Process Owner and Business Partners.

The Enable Tech Ops Lead will provide functional and system expertise to senior stakeholders at a functional level.

They will lead a team who are responsible for the coordination, management and delivery of services to improve the Enable processes from both a business and technical perspective.
