An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join the Capital, Estates & Facilities Senior Management Team.


The Associate Director of Estates & Facilities - Capital Intermediate Scheme Delivery (CISD) is responsible for delivering an extensive portfolio of intermediate schemes relating to site development and change at Cambridge University Hospitals, part of the Cambridge Biomedical Campus.


You will review all construction and refurbishment projects within the intermediate programme portfolio, including associated engineering services to ensure a professional, high quality, cost effective and efficient service to meet the demands of the organisation, its staff and patients.


We are seeking a dynamic, dedicated and enthusiastic individual who has past experience of delivering capital schemes, ideally in a healthcare environment and have evidence of previous estates and facilities management at a senior level.


Working closely with the Director of Capital, Estates and Facilities Management, the Associate Director of Estates & Facilities - Capital Intermediate Scheme Delivery (CISD) will contribute to ensuring that the corporate objectives of the Trust are achieved with specific focus on the provision of safe and secure premises and equipment.


The Associate Director of Estates & Facilities - CISD will be the focal point for the delivery of an extensive and complex programme of schemes relating to site development and change responsible for managing a portfolio of projects each with an individual value in excess of c.

£10m (Phase 1 schemes).
