£76,000 - £110,000 (dependant on location and experience)

Hybrid - UK-wide offices, 2 days per week onsite

As a Principal Test Engineer, you will be operating at the highest consultancy level within the Quality Assurance/Testing professional and you'd be expected to work with our clients to ensure full testing solutions (test strategies/test plans/test delivery)are fully scoped to ensure our overall solution meets user and client requirements.

Your role in a nutshell

Act as a leader within QA/Testing profession, strong experience in consultancy and/or complex environments is advantageous.
Scope out testing requirements with our clients ensuring their immediate and future needs are in line with their longerterm strategy.
Manage and work in multidisciplinary squads including other vendors, and deliver a high level of quality in testing, reporting and key metrics.
Provide test strategies and detailed test plans for the delivery of testing on projects.
Experience in user centred design a big advantage but not necessary
Deliver high quality testing services across an array of different projects and using different technology stacks.
Maintain client relationships and troubleshoot issues through collaboration.
Be passionate about developing and upskilling others through mentoring and coaching.
Actively involved in the workplace community to share best practice to ensure high standards.
