Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

Welcome guests in the friendly and approachable manner
Have an outstanding product knowledge (drinks menu; cocktails; wines; beers)
Ensure bar is always kept clean and tidy, fully stocked and ready for busy service
Coordinate with other bartenders, cocktail waitress and the rest of the team
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Carrying all bar opening & closing procedures

Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Bartender / Head Bartender
Experience in working in a busy, highvolume bar
Have positive approach, creating great relationships with the team and customers
Have a willingness to learn and grow within the business
Passion for hospitality
