Summary

The Governors of Broadway Primary School are looking to appoint a Higher Level Teaching Assistant to start as soon as possible.

We are looking for a HLTA who:

Is passionate about enabling every child to reach their full potential.
Can work collaboratively with teaching and other support staff.
Provide support for all in order to raise standards of achievement for all pupils including SEN and all underachieving groups.
Harness their skills to encourage pupils to become independent learners, providing support for the pupil's welfare, and support the inclusion of pupils in all aspects of school life.
Provide whole class support and PPA cover for whole classes.
Support the school's Behaviour for Learning Policy.
Be a proactive and supportive member of the #broadwayfamily.

We want to hear from you if:

You can work independently but also have the interpersonal skills required to work effectively in a team
Demonstrate the confidence and understanding of how to establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils and are able to support pupils learning in both the classroom, small groups and on an individual basis.
Have experience working with and teaching primary school pupils and can empathise and move pupils forward in their learning.
You have a Level 4 qualification or above that is relevant to the role.
