Recruitment Consultant - Graduates Required
We're recruiting for a boutique IT and Media recruitment consultancy based in central London.

The office environment is what differentiates this firm from others, with a dress-down culture, Apple-everything, comparatively low working hours, one of the mostfunky offices we've ever seen and it's also surrounded by top clubs and bars.

The people as well are relaxed, laid back, but at the same time very focussed and incredibly good at their jobs.

Rewards
Just because they've got a laid back office doesn't mean that they've got a laid back pay scheme.

Everything that you bill for the company you'll get 15% of, no threshold, and that's on top of a £24k basic as well.

Average billings by consultants are around10-15k a month, so after the maths you'll be earning approximately £44.5k in your first year, not bad at all

What We're Expecting

2.1 or higher from a top university
Commercial working experience. This is working in an office environment, not retail.
B2B/B2C Sales experience or entrepreneurial experience.
Achievements out of work/academia, for instance music, sport, debating and so on.
Sales ability
Financially driven individuals
Huge ambition
