Description

Triage and manage the appointment system for the universal offer of 1 and 2 year health reviews for all Haringey resident children, recording information clearly and accurately.

Support the health visiting teams with the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme and to achieve their targets for the universal offer of 1 and 2 year health reviews within Haringey.

Support both the health vising and school nursing teams with the delivery of all aspects of the Healthy Child Programme across the 0 to 19 age range.

Manage the new birth notifications for Whittington Health on a daily basis including the tracking, logging and correct distribution of all Birth Notifications.
