Business Development Sales Executive
Salary circa k dependent on skills and experience plus profit sharing and car allowance

UK based - Hybrid working

Are you able to build trusting, long term relationships with prospective customers around the world, especially within the USA?


This role is within the LBBC Technologies Division of the privately owned LBBC Group, and when ready, which might be immediately, you'll have the opportunity to join the Division's new Management Team and be a key player in the continued success of this5th generation and world leading business.

With 80 employees across the Group, the office and manufacturing facilities are based in Pudsey, near Leeds, Yorkshire.

The majority of your time will be spent visiting the customers worldwide and working remotely however, there will be an expectation tobe occasionally in the factory particularly in the early stages of your induction, training and integration to the existing team.

You will have complete autonomy in driving the sales strategy across a number of routes to market.

You will be supported by the senior management team of a company with the appetite, cash, capacity and infrastructure to continue the global growth.

**Key responsibilities but not limited to: - **- To work closely with, and provide market intelligence and trends to, the Managing Director as part of the leadership team, encompassing marketing, product development, service and aftersales (£2m revenue)

  • To travel extensively, build your profile and reputation within the industry and our existing longstanding customer base
  • To implement new internal sales management structures and processes
  • To continually increase market share in line with the wider company strategy
  • Experienced in working in global markets and in overseas negotiations preferred

Skills and Experience

  • Curiosity, empathy and resilience will be key strengths
  • Must demonstrate initiative and building positive longterm relationships with customers
  • Capable of winning and maintaining key strategic accounts

  • Proven ability to manage contract negotiations and nurture long standing business relationships
