- Communicate with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other solicitors
- Manage deadlines
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Proven experience as a legal secretary or similar role would be preferred
- Knowledge of legal procedures would be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
