Dick Lovett Swindon is looking for an Accounts Assistant.

Your role
Our
BMW/MINI Dealership in Swindon has a fantastic opportunity available for a full-time Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

Processing purchase ledger invoices and reconciling them to the nominal ledger and supplier statements
Cash and bank reconciliations and postings ensuring daily processes are followed
Payment processing
Reconciling allocated balance sheet accounts and reporting variances, as requested by the Dealership Accountant.
Assist with daytoday operations of the accounts functions within the team environment
Adherence to Group policies and processes
