RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT SALARY £23, ,000
This is a full time, permanent role working Monday - Friday. Initially based in our Belfast office however once fully trained a hybrid working model can be adopted.

THE ROLE

Working closely with the HR Business Partner to define and manage demand plans in line with business requirements.
Producing engaging job descriptions and advertisements.
Coordinating interview scheduling, conducting interviews, processing employment offers, screening and onboarding processes.
Effectively working alongside other members of the HR team.
Creating and maintaining spreadsheets containing weekly delivery data and presenting this to the HR Business Partner and greater management team.
Attend weekly meetings both with the clients contract management team and the SSUK team.
Completing reports on the labour force market through external research findings and internal recruitment data.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Experience of working in a similar recruitment role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both internally and externally
Proficiency in IT
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
Be people and solutions focused
Be flexible to changing demands and comfortable in adapting to new ways of working
Track record of working in a fastpaced and demanding environment
