Senior Tax Associate - Personal Tax

Duties:


  • Prepare and submit annual tax returns for individuals and trusts
  • Assist managers with providing proactive advice on the mitigation of tax liabilities and the organisation of tax affairs for clients
  • Answer client and HMRC queries
  • Review and manage own clients regularly
  • Complete draft Tax Returns form, for individuals and trusts
  • Prepare schedules of investment income ensuring records are correct
  • Produce Capital Gains Tax calculations
  • Ensure Tax Return forms are sent to the client for signature correctly
  • Lodge Client Tax Returns and a copy of the liabilities with the Inspector of Taxes

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with personal tax, income tax and capital gains
  • Ideally be studying towards an accounting or tax qualification (or willing to start)
