The role

As a Business Support Officer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary where you'll work alongside the MoD and UK Royal Navy in enabling the Submarine Support Engineering (SSE) business area within the Nuclear sector.

Day to day, you'll carry out a variety of business support activities to the leadership team which spans across all functional disciplines such as project management/control, business improvement, finance, quality, engineering and safety.

Supporting the development of new processes and supporting document
Support the mapping of existing processes
Perform administration of a SharePoint site
Develop other control documents
Coordinate data input for consolidated business reporting from multiple stakeholders across the various locations the business is delivered from

This role is full time - 36 hours and will be based at Babcock Technology Centre, Bristol with hybrid working from home arrangements.

Essential experience of the Business Support Officer:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal people skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
Experience of working in highly regulated industries would be advantageous
