    What you'll do Partner closely with client talent acquisition and hiring teams to move senior candidates through the interview processOwn the interviewer management process and work closely with engineering teams to align their availability to interview candidatesOwn the candidate experience and create memorable interactions that help attract the best talentSchedule candidate interviews, travel, and logistics in a timely and accurate mannerManage ad hoc talent projects, including data & reporting workRequirements 2+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative rolesPreviously thrived in an environment with high-volume recruitment needsPrior experience operating in a fast‐paced, technology organizationProven ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience to industry‐leading talentHigh level of data integrityGoogle suite proficiencyExperience with GreenhouseIdeal Candidate Attributes High‐level organizational and attention to detailStrong prioritization and time management skillsProven proactivity and meticulous calendar managementAdaptable to the ever‐changing environment of talent acquisitionCapability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders and cross‐functional partnersImpeccable communication skills, written and verbalOur Global Benefits Learning & development – Accelerating your personal and professional growth.
