Facilities Co-ordinator, West Hampstead (NW6), c £35k plus full package
A well-known, privately owned, financing and property group with corporate offices in north London, is recruiting a Facilities Co-ordinator.


This is a varied and hands on facilities role that includes day to day oversight of the buildings and FM services such as FM helpdesk, cleaning contracts, post, front of house, office maintenance, security/ CCTV, stationary/ consumables and health and safety.

There will also be involvement in office reconfiguration, moves and refurbishment projects.


With a salary of c£35k and full benefits package this is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd or 3rd jobber.

Applicants must live within a maximum of 45/50 mins commute of West Hampstead.
