We are working with one of our longest standing clients, an Insurance Specialist, based in Bristol, that are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their growing team.

They ideally need somebody that has processed payroll within large corporations and a varietyof pays including sick pay, maternity and commission.


What you'll be doing:


  • Manage day to day operation of the store.
  • To ensure high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
  • Ensure excellent visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
  • Coach, manage and motivate team to deliver all targets.
  • Drive sales throughout the team to increase revenue through analysing sales results.
  • Communication with Regional Manager and peers on sales performance and opportunities.

What you'll need to apply:


  • Sales and people focused to deliver an excellent customer service to all.
  • Proven track record within a high turnover fast fashion environment
  • Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team
