We are working with one of our longest standing clients, an Insurance Specialist, based in Bristol, that are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their growing team.

They ideally need somebody that has processed payroll within large corporations and a varietyof pays including sick pay, maternity and commission.

What you'll be doing:

Manage day to day operation of the store.
To ensure high level of customer service is delivered at all times.
Ensure excellent visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
Coach, manage and motivate team to deliver all targets.
Drive sales throughout the team to increase revenue through analysing sales results.
Communication with Regional Manager and peers on sales performance and opportunities.

What you'll need to apply:

Sales and people focused to deliver an excellent customer service to all.
Proven track record within a high turnover fast fashion environment
Strong communication skills in order to establish and coach a high performing team
