About us


At Bullion, we handle the entire process from importing cocoa beans, right through to making the finished products such as bars, bakes and drinking chocolates.


Located in Cutlery Works Food Hall, we're a café bar with a cornerstone of craft chocolate looking for a Café Bar Assistant to join our growing team.


What you will be involved in/responsibilities:

  • Preparation of hot drinks including knowledge of latte art
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Working individually and as part of a team
  • Follow daytoday café procedures and expectations
  • Develop and proactively maintain skills across the board
  • Maintain café hygiene standards as a top priority
  • Preparation of cocktails and serving bake items.
  • Opening and closing duties for the café
This role 4-8 hours per week, part-time. Need to be 18+. Shifts are a mix of weekday/weekends, and can be flexible around personal schedules. We would love the person to able to pick up additional shifts if needed.


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 8 per week


Salary:
£7.00-£9.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekend availability
  • Weekends only
