Be dedicated, creative and energetic.
Have essential experience in working across the primary age range, from Reception to Year
Be an existing HLTA, holding the appropriate qualifications. You'll be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of the role of HLTA.
Have experience of, and be able to demonstrate confidence in, teaching across the primary age range from EYFS to KS
Manage our existing team of support staff on a daytoday basis.
Be committed to our whole school appraisal process, taking the lead on performance management of support staff
Like all our staff at Hightown, you'll need to an outstanding role model to children having the ability to motivate and enthuse.
Share our uncompromisingly high expectations for children and their learning.
Demonstrate a consistent approach to positive behaviour management.
Possess excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to be highly flexible.
Be a team player with effective organisational skills.
