Sales Administrator

Reports to:
Sales Office Manager

Base:
Tollerton, Nottingham

Salary:
Starting salary of £18,900 progressing to £19,885 after passing a 6-month probationary period, and £22,245 after 1 year.

Hours:
Monday to Friday, from 08:30 am till 5:00 pm including a one-hour lunch although some flexibility is required.

An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join our team at Monarch Education Furniture.

As a Sales Administrator you will be working in a team supported by the Sales Administration Manager.

This role requirement is varied, but will include:

General office administration
Answering telephone queries from new and existing customers
Processing of sales orders, collections, and invoicing
Quotes units, shipping
Logistics quotes and arranging shipping with couriers world wide
Technical the initial contact for technical queries, resolution of the queries and arranging the field engineer visits
Customer service help resellers and end users with any queries or problems they may have
Customs paperwork to generate commercial invoices and packing lists, and upload them into the couriers portal

Skills and Qualifications

Similar role experience preferable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills both with colleagues and customers
Selfmotivated and confident
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Flexible approach to working with flexible hours and weekends
Excellent problem solving skills
Ideally with good PC skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage

Full onsite training will be provided.
