Social Care Worker
As a dedicated social care worker your role is to bring exceptional, person-centred care and support directly to individuals within the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Medication Administration
- Assist individuals with medication management and maintaining accurate records.
- Personal Care
- Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, toileting, and dressing.
- Meal Preparation
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and preferences and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Social and Emotional Support
- Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging with the people we support in meaningful activities and conversations.
- Documentation
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided, daily observations, and any changes in individuals conditions.
- Dignity and Respect
- Ensure that all interactions with the individuals are conducted with the utmost respect, preserving their dignity, privacy, and choice.
- Independence and Empowerment
- Promote and support individuals in maintaining their independence and selfesteem.
- Work in multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor and report changes in individuals' health or wellbeing to the care manager or healthcare professionals to ensure the holistic wellbeing of the individuals we support.
Essential Requirements:
- Valid driving licence and a vehicle
- Previous experience in domiciliary care or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.

Desirable Requirements:
- NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards).
