Hours of work are Monday - Friday 35 hours per week (flexibility required).

The Role

The Individual

In order to be shortlisted you must demonstrate on CV that you have _a Degree (level 6) qualification in Building Surveying (similar discipline) or equivalent._ It is essential that you have _experience of private residential construction from foundation level through to completion_.

To be shortlisted you must detail that you have _a working knowledge of the current UK building regulations_. The role requires the individual to have excellent oral and written communication skills. _Full drivers licence is essential._

£37,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
