Description
We have an exciting opportunity that has become available within our Supporting Family Change Team.

The team is part of our preventative services and supports families who are in need of advice and support, upskilling parenting skills or over coming challenges which have arisen in their life.

The role includes the completion of a JAFF [Joint Assessment Framework] to establish the needs and wants of a family so we can consider how we can deliver support and what external providers may further assist them.

Within the Supporting Family Change Team we benefit from the additional support and input of a psychologist, education worker and out of court disposal officer who all work together to support the team members in advising and assisting families.

We have a strong partnership in Caerphilly with our external partners who would support you in developing tailored packages for our families in need.

Within the role, as well as developing the JAFF assessment you will have opportunities to complete direct work to provide parenting advice and guidance to families.

You will be part of a committed and supportive team and receive regular supervision and support to help you navigate the challenges the role may present and ensure you have opportunities for training and development within the role.
