Our client is a successful global accountancy practice with a diverse client portfolio. Due to their current growth plans, they are looking for a full-time Audit and Accounts Manager to support their senior team with accounting duties and managingwider client services.

About the role
This role would suit an enthusiastic and professional individual, looking to take a more senior role in their career.

Reporting to the Audit Partners, the Audit and Accounts Manager will provide valuable support with accounting work, tax services andreviewingthe work of junior staff.

Key aspects of the role include:

Overseeing and undertaking audit senior assignments, including attending client's premises to conduct audit fieldwork;
Managing audit planning and preparing accounts and tax computation;
Liaising with clients and dealing with queries;
Supervising a team, managing and monitoring workflow, mentoring trainees and supporting Partners by reviewing audit team's work;
Reviewing sole trader, partnership and limited company accounts, and ensuring draft documents are prepared for client meetings, including signature and CT600;
Attending client meetings and feeding back to Senior Management team.

The ideal person

The position would suit an excellent communicator with the ability wot work as part of a team. They should be able to deliver a first-class service to clients, and produce accurate work to deadlines.
A driving licence and access to transport in beneficial.
