Position Overview:
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive and process customer orders, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Offer product alternatives and solutions to customers when primary merchandise is unavailable, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain uptodate and precise inventory records, conducting regular checks to ensure stock levels are optimally managed.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely product delivery, fostering strong and reliable supply chain relationships.
- Prepare and oversee the preparation of orders, including shipping documents, to ensure smooth and timely shipments.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Wholesale Manager to support and achieve sales objectives and goals, contributing to the overall success of the department.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Objectives:
- Drive sales and profitability through exceptional customer service and support to our wholesale clientele.
- Cultivate and maintain enduring relationships with wholesale customers by delivering outstanding communication and service.
- Offer robust administrative backing to the wholesale division, encompassing order processing, invoicing, and shipment coordination.
- Ensure meticulous recordkeeping of all wholesale transactions and foster seamless interdepartmental communication for efficient order fulfillment.
- Promote a positive and professional workplace culture, emphasising teamwork, cooperation, and respect.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a Sales role, preferably as a Wholesale Assistant or in a comparable capacity within a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional reporting skills, coupled with the ability to manage time and organise tasks efficiently.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a proven sales acumen.
- A strategic thinker with an adaptable and supportive attitude, committed to the growth and success of the team and the company.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
