Supply Cover Supervisors Needed for Secondary Schools in the Mid Sussex area At Engage Education, we've spent over a decade making sure our teachers and cover supervisors are happy and supported, and offered satisfying and reliable work.

We are looking for some more fantastic supply teachers to increase the availability we can offer to our local schools in Mid Sussex.

Working as a supply cover supervisor is a great opportunity to experience working in a variety of local schools before consideringwhere you'd like to work on a long term basis, as well as additional classroom based experience prior to beginning teacher training.

The secondary schools in Mid Sussex are supportive and welcoming, some of them are easily accessible by public transport but others are only accessible by car.

The Mid Sussex area covers Burgess Hill, Haywards Heath and East Grinstead area of West Sussex.

What do I need?:

Prior experience working in a secondary school environment
Flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation
Behaviour management skills
An ability to adhere to and implement schools' various policies
We offer an excellent 'referafriend' scheme that pays you £150 for every teacher you refer to us (after they work 10 days or more).
We pay our teachers in line with the Agency Worker Regulations (AWR) meaning you will be paid the same as a permanent employee, regardless of how many days you work.
You will have your own dedicated consultant, who is fullytrained to answer all your questions and provide ongoing support and guidance.
We are widelyrecognised, giving us the reach we need to secure reliable work for our supply teachers.
